What a beautiful September fall day we had as we celebrated Bedford Day. It began early with Jim Maxon setting up the tents, tables, and chairs for us. Soon the handicrafters were displaying their items for sale...United Workers sold potholders...and Torvy and Al Hurd sold maple syrup and tickets to the pasta dinner. BUT the hit of the day was the parade and our Red Hot Soul Sisters were the stars. Click on these YouTube links to see what this lawn chair drill team did to bring smiles to everyone. They added spirit and color to the parade, and wore red shirts to honor Mary Ann Whitmore.
